Otherwise, when we file your case, we wipe out our own debt. Attorney fees are just another debt you can get rid of in bankruptcy. Usually, if you are a good candidate for a Chapter 7 plan and you can hold off filing your case for a few months, this gives you the time to come up with the necessary fees. Many of our clients pay as little as $200 per month until the fees are paid. As soon as all the fees are collected, we file your case. In the meantime, there is still good news. Your case is not yet filed, but you have a lawyer. Once you put some money down, as little as $0, we are your lawyer and this means you have the full weight of our office behind you.
