...with penalties and interest for all.

The big credit card companies paid millions and millions of dollars to get Congress to change the bankruptcy laws.

Congress passed and the President signed into law a new bankruptcy bill that was meant to really put a hurt on your right to file bankruptcy...at least that's what they meant to do.
Why did they do it?
