I had declared a Chapter 13 almost 3 years ago and recently entered into an agreement to purchase my first home with my wife so we can have our own place to raise our 2 month old son Lucas.

You explained everything I needed to do in order to request permissions from the Trustee in a clear and efficient manner and actually mailed me the forms I needed immediately.  When I returned the completed forms along with the required documents, you stated you would expedite my case without me even having to ask.

Bankruptcy and buying a home for the first time are both very stressful and complicated endeavors and you have eased my concerns a d made your portion of my process an enjoyable one.  In an era of decreasing customer service and people being way to busy because they are being forced to do more with less, you made me feel like I was your only client.

Please forward this to Mr. Orcutt so he can see from a paying customer what a great staff he has not only in you, but in Meghan and the rest of his organization in his Durham and Raleigh Offices.

I can't believe I'm about to write this, but Bankruptcy has been almost a pleasure with you folks!
